thinking about average speed & trying to pick it up.  tend to start really sluggish & the first 2 miles are suck when I start cold in the morning.  self: run more; running gets easier.

last 2 of each set = one-leggers.
still tired today, but calves finally less sore. looking at my heart rate, it didn’t go as high as it should on these intervals, which (I think?) bears out that I still need to rest some more. Next 7 days is a taper week before a 200 and then 7 more days of intensity+rest before the hill climb race at the end of the month.

moonlight lake loop

morning long ride (70mi) training C for her first century, now tonight a lake loop with some of her other training partners and some of the regulars.  legs are still in agonizing pain from lifting 48 hours ago.  particularly the calves.  hurts so much I cant walk properly. <pain is weakness leaving the body>
